Some of The Job Foundry Employer Features!
Your account with The Job Foundry allows you to have as many job postings as you want. Each
job is listed by the sector(category) it was submitted to. All job listings are monitored to show just
how many times it appeared in a search as well as how many times it was actually viewed.
View All Postings: All posting are listed by sector then job title
Post New Job: From This area you can add new job postings to any of the sectors / categories in the system
When selecting from a job in your list you will be presented with three new options. Edit Current Post, Delete Current Posting,
Email Current Posting Each of these new sections should be self explainitory.
View Job Statistics: All posting here are listed by sector then job title as well with extra information about how many
times the job appeared in a search and how many times it was actually viewed
Edit Account Info: From here you can change all information pertaining to this account. If your company is relocating simply
select a new city in the drop down and change your address information. If you are retiring and want someone else to handle this account
just change the email address and password and someone else will recieve all emails from the site.
View Applicants : This area takes it a step farther by showing jobs grouped by sector then listed by the individual job with
applicants who have applied for each position underneath. From there you can look at the resumes of people who have
applied for that particular job.
Search Resumes: This section works much the same way the job search itself works. Only difference here is you are searching for people
whose resumes match your criteria of an ideal job applicant. If you find someone of interest you can save the resume to your list of
"Saved Resumes" or you can email them directly about your available position(s) from the resume viewer window.
View Saved Searches: If at any time during the resume search phase you become pressed for time, you can simply save the search and
get back to it later. All information about the search is saved including the current page position.
View Saved Resumes: From this link you can view all the resumes you have saved from a previous resume search.
